Recruiting Analysis & Auditing will include the following

  • Recruiting Success ratios

    • Interview to offer

    • Acceptance to start

  • External solution analysis examines:

    • Social media

    • Posting sites

    • Staffing companies

    • Executive recruiters (both retained and contingency)

  • Review of recruiting contracts and relationships.

  • Retention results: 1-3 months, 3-9 months, 1 year and 1+ year

  • Analysis of Turn-Down and Counteroffer situations.

  • Skill assessment of: In-house personal involved in the process (Hiring Manager, HR Manager, Recruiter staff, Hiring Concierge, Leadership’s).

 

Training

Training programs are a natural continuation of the Recruiting Process Analysis Program. Training sessions can vary as warranted or approved but typically involve:

  • Executives involved in the hiring process

  • Hiring managers

  • HR leadership

  • In-house recruiting personnel

  • New hire recruiters
