E&C Services has functioned as an Owner’s Representative for hiring entities that are involved in particularly unique or time sensitive retained recruitment assignments. In this capacity, E&C would operate as a liaison between the hiring entity and the third party external executive search firm.

Our clients have found this service to be invaluable as they chart unknown waters for high level and sensitive recruiting assignments.

E&C would assist in the following activities surrounding the assignment: 

  • Finalization of an agreeable working contract

  • Assist in preliminary position development description development

  • Determination of Cultural ‘fit’ parameters

  • Determination of key requirements vs. desirable qualities.

  • Review each candidate that is to be presented

  • Assure compliance as it relates to NDA’s, Non-Compete convenances, etc.

  • Operate in place of the hiring entity or the recruiting entity when necessary
