Eric's background is as follows:
Eric Gaber is President of E&C Services Inc., a leader in executive search consulting services primarily operating within the Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, Real Estate/Health Care and the Bio/Pharmaceutical industries. He has over 35 years of storied experiences in the executive recruiting industry. Concurrently Eric is the Entrepreneur-in-Residence/Lecturer and Director of the Westminster Entrepreneurship Center at Westminster College.
E&C's client base represents some of the largest Chemical Companies, Private/Public Equity firms, Contractors, Engineering, EPC firms, Health Care Systems, Bio/Pharmaceutical, Specialty Contractors and manufacturers in the country.
At Westminster College, Eric has created an Entrepreneurship Center (WEC) that has grown exponentially and has been recognized nationally as a leading entrepreneurship program.
Eric participates with many associations, including: CHA, HRCC, AGC, ABC, CFMA, SMPS, DBIA, ISPE, MCAA and NECA. He has authored several articles and has been asked to speak at numerous conferences. He has also been interviewed and quoted several times within industry periodicals. These include: ENR Magazine, PGH Business Times, Contractor's Business Strategist and was on the Editorial Advisory Board for Contractor's Business Management Report (CBMR). Eric is a retained executive and an authority on compensation-executives, hiring/retaining employees, e-commerce and HR trends.
Eric has also been a speaker, participant, sponsor and host at several industry focused summits, associations and meetings: T&D Summit-Dallas, TX, Oil/Gas-Refinery Summit-Austin, TX, HRCC speaker & participant (San Juan, Las Vegas, Tampa, Denver, New Orleans, Key West, Phoenix, Myrtle Beach, Austin, Nashville and San Antonio), a featured speaker at the CBDA & CWA e-commerce summit in Chicago and AGC-HR Summit-Washington DC.
